Program Outline

  1. Refine project plans

You will meet 1-1 with the project facilitator (Lenny) in order to decide on what project to do, and set goals for the timely completion of it.

  2. Execute the project

Throughout the quarter, you will meet weekly with your cohort and facilitator to check in on progress and offer each other feedback. In addition, you'll get guidance and feedback from experienced members of the EA community.

  3. Project Showcase

At the end of the program, there will be a project showcase where you will present your work! Many projects will also have a write-up component which might end up being posted on the EA forum.

The goal of this project is to be maximally valuable to those who participate in it. I (Lenny) don’t expect to be able to completely predict what will be most valuable until the project commences, so expect some adjustments to be made along the way. I’m here to support you on your path to make an impact!

Please note that the plan is to conduct project meetings virtually until further notice.
